Shipping Policies and Terms

*We do not ship outside the Continental United States.

* Delivery - UPS GROUND: * All items carry insurance and must be signed for.

* Merchandise is shipped from our west-coast warehouse.

* Orders are processed most of the time within 1 - 2 BUSINESS days of receipt and clearing of payment.

* Orders arrive within 2 - 7 BUSINESS days after processing, not including Sat, Sun or holidays for a total of 9 BUSINESS days or less.

* We ship out with UPS GROUND unless it is going to a PO Box, in which case it will go via USPS which requires an extra few days by the Post Office and is not trackable.

* If you cancel your order and the order has been shipped, you are responsible for all the shipping charges and liable for up to 15% restocking fee.

* Orders which have been submitted to Only Eagles with incorrect address information and have not been corrected before they are shipped will incur a $10.00 charge.

* Incorrect address information would include but not limited to: [1] Missing apartment or suite number, wrong house number, missing company name, wrong zip code, multiple addresses listed in the street field, or any other error which would render the package undeliverable resulting in it being either returned to us, or held for correct address information by the carrier.

* Incorrect addresses may also result in delayed delivery. We appreciate your cooperation.
